SHIPPING POLICY

Orders

We usually have some items in stock, however, most items are made to order. Due to a complex production process, an ordered piece is usually ready to ship in about 21 days. If you have questions about an item's immediate availability, please send your inquiry to info@misassembled.com.

Shipping 

Free standard shipping on all orders. We ship worldwide through DHL. Shipments are insured for damage and loss, and tracking is provided. 

We ship all parcels Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning that any customs or import duties are charged by DHL directly once the parcel reaches its destination country. Please be aware that delays can occur due to local customs and that we are not able to speed up this process. 

After dispatch, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link for your parcel to receive up to date information about your shipment.

Payment & Taxes
Payment is to be made in Euros. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, BitCoin, Sofort, and Bank Transfer. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay. 
All product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable EU VAT. For those customers wishing to claim back VAT on orders outside of the EU, unfortunately we do not refund any VAT requests.
Repairs
We will provide repairs and most alterations free of charge. Should you require an alteration or repair, please send us an email with all relevant information to orders@misassembled.com
Returns

Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, in like-new condition, and returned to us in the original packaging. Please email us a orders@misassembled.com to initiate the return or exchange. 

Please note that unless an item arrives damaged or an order is received with error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.

If you are shipping an item over €75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Due to their personalized nature, custom orders can not be returned or exchanged. Additionally, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your return doesn't fulfill the basic requirements, we own the right to refuse your item(s). If your return is late, we also own the right to refuse your refund.
