Process
Small-scale jewelry designs are cast in silver, brass, or bronze. Some metal surfaces are left in their natural state, while others are hand-oxidized and polished. Steel pieces are produced using Selective Laser Sintering.
Items from the Fractal collection combine digital fabrication with hand assembly. Each geometric component is designed in CAD and 3D printed in durable nylon. The final designs are hand-sanded, painted, and assembled using leather and stainless steel hardware.
One-of-a-kind pieces are entirely handmade using paper, wood, PVC, and other mixed media.
Materials are sourced from the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom, with local sourcing prioritized whenever possible. All pieces are designed and made in Jersey City, while metal casting and 3D printing are completed in New York.
MISASSEMBLED operates on a small scale, producing work made-to-order or in limited batches to reduce excess inventory. Every piece is packaged in custom gift boxes made from recycled materials and shipped directly from the studio.
