Stibnite

Crystal Habit is a series of origami headpieces based on the colors, lines and forms of minerals and metals. 

The sharp angles of this prominent sculpture reference stibnite's sinister spark of jutting crystals. Inspired by the mineral's toxic and deadly nature, the piece is crafted from 24 hand-folded pyramids and attached to a custom fascinator.
