Returns & Exchanges
We know shopping online can be tricky. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your jewelry purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be unworn, in like-new condition, and returned to us in the original packaging. If the item arrives damaged or in error, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Handmade and custom items are not returnable or refundable.
Please note that unless an item arrives damaged or an order is received with error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not take responsibility for shipping fees related to the return of a shipment due to incorrect address information, failure to pick up, or refusal to pay customs fees. If you would like your package to be reshipped, you will be required to pay the new shipping fees.
If your return doesn't fulfill the basic requirements, we own the right to refuse your item(s). If your return is late, we also own the right to refuse your refund.
