How long will it take to get my order?

We usually have some items in stock, however, most items are made to order. An ordered piece is usually ready to ship in about 21 days. Custom items may take longer. If you have questions about an item's immediate availability, please send your inquiry to orders@misassembled.com

Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders. We ship worldwide through USPS or FedEx from Dallas, TX. Shipments are insured for damage and loss, and tracking is provided. We ship all parcels Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning that any customs or import duties are charged by USPS or FedEx directly once the parcel reaches its destination country. Please be aware that delays can occur due to local customs and that we are not able to speed up this process. 

Where are your materials sourced and made?

We find and purchase all materials within the United States and the European Union. Our items are designed and made in New York City and Dallas, TX.
What if something doesn't fit or I don't like it, can I exchange or return it? 

Yes! We know shopping online can be tricky. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be unworn, in like-new condition, and returned to us in the original packaging. If the item arrives damaged or in error, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. 

Please note that unless an item arrives damaged or an order is received with error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return doesn't fulfill the basic requirements, we own the right to refuse your item(s). If your return is late, we also own the right to refuse your refund.

Do you offer free repairs?

We will provide repairs and most alterations free of charge. Should you require an alteration or repair, please send us an email with all relevant information to orders@misassembled.com

Payment and Taxes

Payment is to be made in USD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. Payment plans are available upon request. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
