Crystal Habit is a series of origami headpieces based on the colors, lines and forms of minerals and metals. 

This paper and fabric headpiece represents the octahedral structure of clay minerals. Crafted with twelve hand-folded octahedra, it features soft, earthy tones of polyester that contrast with the sharp angles of the supportive paper structure.
