Chalcanthite

Crystal Habit is a series of origami headpieces based on the colors, lines and forms of minerals and metals. 

Chalcanthite is a rare mineral found in dark places like caves. Depicting the dreamy blues of its crystals, the headpiece is crafted from hand-folded paper and attached to a fascinator. The cluster of forms is topped with a light blue 3D printed lattice.
